Direct store delivery, route accounting, field sales automation
and warehouse management are our areas of primary focus. We
recently released Smarthand version 3.1, which has many new and
upgraded features:
• Report Templates
– just choose the template you want in the Smarthand host
program and each user will have their own template, allowing
them to include more or less information on invoices, cash
receipts, buybacks, etc. All the templates are configurable user
by user or by network administrator.
• Printer Interface
– the interface from the handhelds is now automatic, configured
user by user, without any changes in the host program. Each user
can have a different printer and configure the needs to
interface one time (at the time of the first print process).
• Three Level Multi Warehouse
Addresses – you can now chose what information
is printed out by all your locations.. For example, company
information, company comments and customer comments (also for
legal purposes). This can also be specified user-by-user.
• Steady Orders Alternative
Generation Methods – constant, expected, static
orders can now be switched to recommended orders on the same
screen, just with the click of a mouse.
• Cash Manager –
field collections are automatically transferred to Smarthand and
matched after the daily route is processed.
• Visit Document –
even if your drivers do not deliver merchandise to a customer
office or job site, they can record and print a non-accountable
visit document and have the customer sign it.
• Automatic Order Popup
– just scan a customer code or search it, and recommended orders
will pop up automatically. You may edit, print, or simply review
the order. You also have the ability to bill your customer with
the click of a button.
